Refund Policy


Our refund policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, or delivery of your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.



To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

It is the client’s responsibility to inspect all goods when received and contact G Collective within 14 days to notify of any damage. A photo and description of the damage must be provided to us by email. We will aim to replace the damaged goods. If we are unable to replace the damaged goods we will provide a refund.

To complete your return, we may require a receipt or proof of purchase.

We are not required to provide a refund or replacement if you change your mind.



Refunds are provided for out-of-stock items, products missing from your order or damaged and defective products.

If your credit claim is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 14 days.



If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
